Hand made in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain and hand painted in the traditional old Spanish designs. These plates are the first in Australia - they have taken over seven months to create and they are beyond gorgeous.
Think old Spanish patterns and terracotta tiles in a Spanish villa.
Each plate is made and painted in a region in central Spain to the south and east of Madrid. The setting of 17th-century novel "Don Quixote" by Miguel de Cervantes, it encompasses plains dotted with vineyards, castles and windmills, plus mountain ranges. The plates envisage and celebrate the old Spain on your table.
Due to the hand painted nature of the plates, each brush stroke is slightly different.
Set comes with 1 dinner plate ($55) and 1 side plate ($29).
Size: Each dinner plate is 26.5cm in diameter and each side plate is 22cm in diameter.
Care Instructions: They are dishwasher and microwave safe as the clay has been dried in the hot Spanish sun.
