Paccheri is a type of pasta in the shape of a very large tube similar to rigatoni, originating from the Italian region of Campania. Each design is inspired by common patterns found in textiles and designs throughout all of Italian culture.
Cooking Instructions: Place into boiling salted water and cook for 4-10 minutes or until al dente
Ingredients: 100% organic durum wheat semolina, 00 flour, olive oil, water.
May use natural colours including: activated charcoal, beetroot, blueberry, butterfly pea flower, cocoa, dragon fruit, harissa, paprika, parsley spinach, spirulina
Store in cool dry place. Best before 6 months after production date.
