Shipping and Returns
Every Mrs Tablescape order is carefully wrapped. Personalised notes can be included, simply enter the details at checkout.
Goods are shipped via Australia Post, Shippit, DHL and UPS with fees calculated real-time at checkout.
For all orders shipped within Australia and Internationally, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $300.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one to four (4) business days. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow an extra 1 – 4 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during the current government restrictions, promotions and over the Christmas period.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, transit delays or customs hold ups.
All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. Due to the current government enforced lockdown and its subsequent effects, please allow 2-4 business days for our team to process your order and to receive your dispatch confirmation email.
We kindly thank you for your patience and understanding during this busy time and we will try our best to process and dispatch your order within 1 – 4 business days from the order date.
Due to COVID-19 Australia Post is currently experiencing delays. Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for shipping within Australia and 2-6 weeks for shipping outside of Australia.

DUTIES & TAXES
All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes.
These can include customs and import tax which are established by your local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer's responsibilities and Mrs Tablescape has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.
- Customers will be responsible for importing taxes when the following purchase amounts have been exceeded. If your country is not listed, importing taxes may still apply to you. Please contact us with any queries.
- United Kingdom: $18.71 USD
- United States: $800 USD
- New Zealand: $1000 USD
- China: $116 USD
- Singapore: $300 USD
- We cannot mark international orders as a gift or lower value in attempt to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
- We unfortunately cannot deliver to Russia.
- If delivering to Brazil please enter your Tax ID (CPF number) in the delivery instructions.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for dispatch during sale periods.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not accept returns due to the nature of the product and the hygienic aspect of the product unless you were shipped the wrong item, in which case we will provide a refund.
PARTIAL ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
Available items will be dispatched in a timely manner, however, if any items are on back order they will be sent once available, at no extra charge.

If an item is unavailable and is not available at any stores we will refund you for the item/s back to your original method of payment.
